Managed development and implementation of store fixtures, furniture, and visual display elements for Nike stores around the world. Ensured that all new fixtures align with company brand standards, are ADA compliant, and globally producible. Worked with Nike geography and territory teams, as well as category groups and other business functions.

Managed $5 million+ budgets for production and installation of retail fixture roll-outs, pop-up experiences, permanent retail locations, and immersive brand events for Nike. Led a team of five producers and associates through all phases of project development from client brief to execution. Handled a high volume of work, often on tight timelines, with dedication to client satisfaction and uncompromising quality.

Responsibilities included planning, estimating, and managing the production and installation of all 3D display projects. Concept design, prototyping, and testing of toys intended to provide physical therapy for children with cerebral palsy. Worked in association with the Hasbro Children's Hospital, Afferent Corporation, Bay Computer Associates, and Rhode Island Hospital's Department of Orthopedics. Design Awarded grant by the State of RI to be developed for production.
